Equality Objectives

Please see the link below for Focus Trust Equality Objectives. To help achieve these objectives, the following Equality Objectives have been set for OTCA:

To increase the % of disadvantaged children, and children with protected characteristics reaching end of year expectations (EYE) in reading, writing and maths
To ensure that the physical and mental health needs of children are met, to minimise barriers to learning
To close the gap in performance of children with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND)
